Adult community care facilities: email address of record

The law extends the reporting window from 10 to 12 business days while preserving the requirement that licensing records include a current email address.

What the law does ​

• Requires applicants and licensees of covered adult community care and residential care facilities to maintain an email address of record with the State Department of Social Services.
• Requires written notice to the department of the email address and any change to it within 12 business days of the change.

• Applicants and licensees of residential care facilities, including residential care facilities for the elderly.
